Super bad service

It's been two weeks now busy calling you guys to fix my network issues and now you have deactivated my sim without my concern and yet I don't even owe you. I'm so tired of calling your call center because all I get is the matter has been escalated and someone will call me back but nothing is happening. I have been waiting for a call from your side even now there's nothing. Now I'm paying for something that doesn't work and it's quite frustrating because I have to spend again just to talk to you about the same problem. It seems like nobody wants to help or they just don't know what they're doing.
