Super bad!

HI, I have recently received our Rain router and it has not worked fully ever since delivery - I have logged a call and followed up serval times no luck. Today I have been trying to call support the whole day nothing. Rain should have told me that the service doesn't work in my area and I could have spared my self the pain and the many follow up with no response from Rain contact centre :-(
