Unbelievably great service from Suhaifa Sheik from Rain who assisted me with professionalism and expeditiously with regard to my SIM card issues. From being totally annoyed and frustrated with the service from Rain, Suhaifa’s personal intervention and making sure that the issues at hand get sorted really is appreciated. So glad that there are people at Rain who really do try hard to give the best service for their customers.
