Sue Rain for *****

I took out the 2 in one 5G offer. Meaning I got 2 routers and 2 rain SIM cards for R999. The service and connectivity was horrible, I could not use any of them. I cancelled. Guess what happens next:

1. Rain cancel only 1 SIM card and collects 1 router. 2. They continue to bill me R999 even though I switched off their service and packed away their remaining router. 3. I follow up and asked them to cancel, because I am not using the service and I will not pay for something I am not using. 4. 5 months later they send Nudebt to collect R4500 and threaten to list me. I ask Nudebt to ask Rain to show me services rendered for the R4500 or data usage, because I did not use their data for months. 5. Nudebt keeps sending me threatening emails to list me. I pay the R4500. Dead silence, they will not even confirm that I paid. 6. I check the Rain account and it says the next bill is in December. 7. Rain will not cancel and seeks to illicit profit from its customers *******ly.

My next steps:

1. Keep all the evidence. 2. Open a case of ***** with my lawyer and sue for damages and harassment.
