Sudden Bad Network

The internet my partner got from rain was working fine from December until now in Jan, have been experiencing poor network service in past two days now am stuck with no service, at am situated in PTA (Mamelodi) where there are of network towers around my are, tried moving the device around but no luck, I even tried optimize my connection, still no luck, really we are considering canceling

I tried changing my settings but, it requires the device to be off before I can Change the network selection mode, how do I do it without being connected to the device
