Such bad service with cancelation of 5G contract

From 9 December 2021 I tried cancelling my 5G contract online on the RAIN website and did not received any feedback. The automatic email response said feedback will be given within 24 hours, but I received nothing. I have tried more than 20 times and also called once as well, where the person told me they will escalate the matter, but no feedback received for weeks.

The rooter has not been used since 9 December 2021 and it's frustrating. I paid the full amount of R 999 end December 2021, where it only should have been 9/31 days. This is very bad service and I want the money back.

On Monday 6 January Rain assisted with the cancelation and collected the rooter. I have heard nothing back from them and it's been 4 days. This is unacceptable.
