SUCH AN INCONVENIENCE!!!!!!!!!!!

I cannot express my frustration with Rain at this point. I made payment yesterday for my account and today they have switched off my connection. I work remotely so this is such a huge irritation for me. I cannot even call them as they do not have a call centre number and my support ticket was logged and still no agent has gotten back to me. Seriously considering changing this service.
