WHY must i pay R998 in one month when i don't owe you anything. i have called a couple of times but non of your agents are able to assist with the issue nor giving us a reference number for our complaint. i have never missed any payment now all of a sudden i owe you for the month of September twice. Pathetic service, i don't recommend anyone to use this **** internet providers. Once you join they don't care about your concerns but to just collect cash and add charges you don't know about. since i logged my complain this useless, ***********, horrible, good for nothing, dark Aged service provider from the 1900 years ago has not come back to me to resolve the issue i have and still take money and charge for the services am not getting. the more the service suck the more they double or triple your charges. Actually we getting charged for them to suck. please come collect your piece of ****ty router am done with you ****** sucking service provider. i wish you ****y company close down.
