Subscription suspended with zero balance due.

Rain is really frustrating, my subscription has been suspended today on the 15 ,when my installment foe Rain go's off on the 1st it was the 25th before and changed to the first, I don't know why they frustrating me today ,I have been calling them from 10 am today spoke to more than 7 people, all the 7 people are saying different things ,first Lady I spoke to which is Andiswa told me that the system is confused that within an hour it was going to be sorted ,other lady by a name of cindy told me she's the one incharge she can't help me that I need to pay ,why the he'll I need to pay on the 15th when my account shows my next payment it's 1st January 2023 ,even if it was the time I used to pay on the 25th ,the debt go's off on the 23rd 2days earlier, really not understanding this nononse Rain is doing to me as a client ,I login my account it shows I have zero balance to pay .somebody kindly assist. Rain employees I spoke to also sound confused because they also don't know what's happening .these are all ref number I have been given with no help ***,***,***,***,***
