Subscription suspended but I owe Rain?

I keep on getting Messages from Rain, reminding me to pay my account. Rain, it has been more than 6 months now not using your services, I have called countless times been transferred from one agent to another to a point where I got annoyed and asked that they should stop the services until I get my network issues sorted. I explained to rain that I have relocated and my new location doesn’t have network, the network towers are very far, they tried assisting me but they failed and I asked they should rather suspend it and I will search for another service provider that supplies with satellite internet packages for people who live in a remote area. So I am surprised to see that I owe you, I owe you what exactly? Because I asked the subscription to be stopped
