Subscription not csncelled
I cancelled my subscription in November. Rain did not cancel it. Now it's March, they say I owe R2956. I wanted to reactivate my subscription and unfortunately I won't be paying for something I did not use. And I won't be joining them again. Goodbye.

13 Mar 2023, 12:54Look, from your own perspective, how does usage go from 383GB to 73gb to 62gb to 38gb? Isn't it obvious that this was not in use cos it was forever off? Come get your device, you have my address. Your customer service is really bad, even a person who is not using your service can see that from Dec to Feb, there was no normal usage.
