Subscription never gets canceled!

I canceled my subscription last month on the 9th of October, and was advised that the router would get collected on the 31st of October, but nothing has happened, instead, they debit my account and no one returns my calls. These people have no consideration and do as they please. Their subscription cannot get canceled 1 time because they want to keep having these problems and they just take customers money.

I'm seriously not interested and will never refer anyone to get this never ending subscription.

I'm sorry but this is not the explanation that I was given. I paid for the 2 weeks left in May when I requested the device. Then month end of May, actually the 1st of June I got charged for June. I pay for the month at the beginning of the month.

Why would I keep paying for data that I do not use? This needs to get rectified please. I want my money back.
