Subscription increase calculated wrong.

Got a sms regarding a subscription increase, my subscription is R599 and according to the sms i received my subscription will be R795 and it is only a R56 increase...now i want to know how did they calculate and got to the R56 increase.

And i also want to add to the complain about you customer team, the one lady i spoke to first she did not have a clue how use a calculator or or understand me telling her the amount.
