SUBSCRIPTION FEE DEDUCTION AFTER CANCELATION

I've been trying to cancel my subscription on the rain app, but they keep sending an email saying "help is on the way", it's 6 months now. Last month I spoke to their account department and they assured me the subscription is canceled and there won't be any deductions moving forward, but this month they still deducted my money. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS NETWORK TO ANYONE!!! 😡😡
