Subscription cut after paying not connected back on
I have been calling rain customer service number ,on a call waiting over 30 minutes no one is answering.My internet has been stopped,I just made a part payment agreement installment.internet still internet is not connected back. Can I can someone to assist as I need internet for my daughter to study on line

02 Nov 2025, 11:51I am fully aware of that ,I made arrangements to pay and I just paid r480 now it allowed me to pay me the part payment,why am I not connected?if I wasn’t gonna be connected why allow the arrangement then not switch on the internet. According to my understanding if you are given an arrangement it should be switched on. And why am I not been answered on calls?
