Subscription cancelled - still changed.

Please advise why i am getting charged for another month subscription of Limited Time uncapped for R250, i cancelled subscription on the 25th august and received a confirmation email yet i am still being billed. when can i expect a reversal of the unapproved change to my bank account? i don't understand why i'm still being charged as i was pro-rate billed when i started the subscription.
