Subscription cancelled and yet still being billed.

So, I terminated my subscription with RAIN last year Nov. 2022 after a horrible experience with their service. I asked them to give me a price so that we can part part ways. They did and I grudgingly paid them and my account was cancelled. I never heard from them until 11 months later, Oct 2023 when they were telling me that my account has been handed over to debt collectors for non payment. 1. I asked them what I owe them, THEY gave me the amount and they agree that it was paid in full. 2. They never sent me any communication about the money that I now supposedly owe them but do not fail to let me know when the account has been sent to debt collectors! WOW RAIN. From past experience I know that the service is appalling but really, this is a new low. I have asked asked them to contact me to explain to me how I owe them when the subscription is cancelled and how is it that I am only hearing about it now. Call me RAIN.
