Subscription cancellation

I sent a request for a cancellation in May. I got a ticket number for the request but I’m yet to have someone call me for the confirmation of the cancellation. When I spoke so a call centre agent earlier in the month I was told I would get contracted by someone and that is yet to happen. When calling the rain service centre no one answers the phone so I cannot get any assistance. When I use askrain it keeps on giving the generic responds where it says it will send an escalation email to the relevant department after it has asked me to confirm my email address. I will not forced into a subscription I no longer want. Rain’s service is tedious and appalling. Ticket number: ***8.
