Subscription cancellation effective end month of January

I trust you are well.

Please fix my account from owing 1200 to the 650 and kindly collect your device by the end of this month as am canceling my subscription.

I was traveling to no Rain network hence I didn't pay the fee on the 25th however now am back but it is telling me that I am owing 1200

It is very frustrating, you have been fixing this error for months now.
