Subscription cancellation

This has been for months , it crazy waisting several airtime on you guys ,i have been calling. I am on the line now holding on for hours on end .

CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION IMMIDATELY

Good day , I have to resort to get on Hello Peter to cancel my Rain subscription ,month to month contract. I have been experiencing network problems since November and been calling weekly for them to sort out the problems , no agents and no technical staff have managed to contact or assist, I have tried weekly numerious occassions to cancel the subscription as soon as you get to the cancellation department the phone gets cut. They have billed me for months without resolving issues or sorting out quieries. Can someone from Rain call me to cancel this subscription immediately
