Subscription cancelation

Rain is the worse wifi service provider. I cancelled my subscription with them on the 18 of March 2025, they confirmed by email that all is well. To my surprise on the 01 April 2025 they still debit my account, when I phone them they keep telling my query is been handled by their refund team. It's now 08 April 2025 I'm still waiting. I had to make means to pay for the new wifi service provider. If you can please stay away from Rain, it will be for your best. The worse part their call center is handled internationally people who can hardly speak English don't even know which country.
