Kindly advise why my rain account is R625 and how exactly was it calculated?My debit order did not go through because of this! I will not pay more than my monthly subscription of R498. Send a detailed breakdown to *** and credit the difference. Please also send me a copy of the credit note immediately. I am going to log a complaint with the Consumer Protection Act also. I was informed as per ref ***4 the discount will be app**** every month, please confirm because I am not going to pay more than 498.95 per month going forward as per agreed. Please advise why you cannot confirm the monthly discount going forward and my monthly installment 498.95?? I have paid this amount for a long period now and discount was loaded on all previous invoices?? Please send me consolidated statement for the last year to date
