I have never experience such an appalling service like what l received from Rain. Unfortunately l am not alone. On 14 June l ordered 5G ZTE Rain router and delivery was done within 24hrs. I was impressed got so excited with the exceptional service l recieved from the marketing department. Little did l know the worst was yet to come. The router never worked and was eventually told there is no 5G coverage in my area. I was advised to cancel the contract and get a refund. I was told the refund will made within 7-10days after the router has been collected. However, it took Rain more than a month to collect the router from me after making numerous calls to their Support Dept. It has now been more than 20 days since Rain collected their router and nothing has been done with regards to my refund. Efforts to speak to their superiors has been fruitless, every time you speak to the consultants and request to speak to a supervisor or a manager you are told they are in a meeting. One wonders what meeting are they having everyday if they can't resolve client issues. Their service is appalling, pathetic and unprofessional. If you want frustration, disappointments, waste time, throw your hard earned cash in the dustbin and have grey hair go ahead and subscribe with Rain. They will definitely Rain on you and you will be left wet and in the cold.
