Subquality Connectivity, Ineffectual Support, What are we paying for?
In my experience, this has been the worst decision I’ve made when choosing an Internet service provider. I’ve been trying to resolve the same issue for six months, and despite repeatedly contacting their support team and explaining the problem over and over, nothing has been resolved. Getting any form of assistance is almost impossible. The service quality has also dropped dramatically. Over the last five years, I went from being genuinely impressed—recommending them to friends—to feeling completely frustrated and regretful. Today, after countless issues and no support, I warn anyone I can not to waste their time or money on what has become an extremely disappointing and unreliable service.

13 Mar 2026, 19:11Hi rain,
Your reply here unfortunately reflects the exact experience I’ve had over the last six months. As always, the focus is on what you need from the customer, with no consideration for the customer’s actual situation. Not everyone can take personal calls during office hours, and this has been communicated repeatedly during the six months I spent trying to get my issue resolved.
What I find extremely frustrating is that my numerous attempts to get help during these past six months were clearly in vain. Every time I asked for assistance, I was told the issue had been “sorted” and that “everything was taken care of.” Yet on the first day of every new month, the exact same problem returned, without fail, and I had to start the entire process over again. This happened every single month for six months.
Now suddenly, because the problem is public on HelloPeter, there is an urgency to contact me. But the truth is: I have already done absolutely everything that your support team asked of me, multiple times, and provided every detail needed for a quick resolution. Your support department had all the information from day one, yet the issue was never properly addressed.
What has completely broken my trust is the fact that when there is a billing dispute, support refuses to assist until the account is settled — even when the account is actually paid, I mistakenly paid twice in the same month. According to support, you can only help once the “outstanding” amount is settled, even if the outstanding amount is a mistake on your side. That policy leaves customers stuck in an impossible position, with no way to get support for the very issue causing the dispute.
On top of that, there is no accessible chat history, no continuity, and no acknowledgement of previous support requests. Every time I contacted support, I had to start from the beginning and explain the entire situation from scratch because nobody could see any past interactions. And in every conversation, the attitude was the same: “You must be wrong because the system never makes mistakes.”
After six months of this, I have completely lost confidence in the support department’s ability to resolve anything. I am tired of empty promises, repeated explanations, and the ongoing cycle of the same unresolved issue every month.
I stand by my review and my experience, and ask that you kindly email me should you want to contact me so that I have a record of our dealings for me to refer back to in any future communications.
