Subpar IQ’s of Rain employees

I am disgusted. I was quite happy with their service until I changed employers. This caused my salary to be paid into my account on the last day of August in stead of the usual 25th. Rain has cut my service on the 26th because my payment didn’t go through. I explained my predicament but those bumbling idiots don’t understand it and now I am going to have to pay for a weeks worth of internet that I was unable to use. I am definitely going back to my previous provider.
