Rain, your service is absolutely pathetic! I am fed up with paying full price every month for a network that barely works. The connection is constantly dropping, the speeds are terrible, and the overall experience is frustrating and unacceptable.

You have no shame demanding full payment for a service that you consistently fail to deliver. This is pure daylight *******! How do you justify charging customers when you can’t even provide the basics of stable internet?

Your customer support is just as useless – no proper feedback, no urgency to fix issues, and no accountability. We’re not asking for favors – we’re paying for a service that you are failing to provide.
