Stupid worst service ever

We paid online for the 5g router ram delivered after 3 days which understandable we connected and now to activate us when we are told the bull **** that their activate.rain.co.za site cannot be reached we have sent 100s of emails to the stupid support email where you get an automated response that tells you that an agent will call. From there that's the end no one will call you. Why would they do that yet their pockets are full or money they **** from pple. We all understand about Covid but surely call centre businesses have skeleton staff to help pple so what's so special about them. The stupid number where you are told about how special their workers are is 081 something ends with 1000. Surely if they care about clients they would have three pple to help clients. Guys watch out there for this Rain 5g company they are there to *****. Let's stick to our vodacom mtn wd know they are here they dont leave us
