Stupid Router! Stupid Customer service!

What's the purpose of paying for a service that does not work? For the last 2 weeks, your stupid router has been switching itself off. Today it finally gave in, and stopped working entirely. I call your support and I was told that there is no turn around time and I must just wait . Wait, while I am unable to work and still required to pay for the service tomorrow. All I want to a new, unfaulty router. There is no need for a technician to come. I need this up and running by yesterday. If it's not the network it's the actual router. It shouldn't be that hard to get a replacement router from a client that has been loyal since 2020. Fix it.
