STUCK AT FACE RECOGNITION STEP

mxm I wish I had read the Rain reviews before getting all excited about using their sim card. My younger sis bought for me seeing how much I waste money with buying data as I am working from home, long story short I got stuck at the Rain Face Recognition step as part of regitering the Sim, sent through a request for help but I am still waiting. Mind you I have already paid for their data as that was the first step, NO ONE has contacted me and I have to buy another data eslewhere while waiting for Rain. So unprofessional and feels somewhat like a ****...makes me wonder if it was a business idea that wasn't really processed thouroughly because first of all if you gonna provide a service you need a CONTACT CENTER simple as that. do yourself a favour and look for other service providers if you reading this
