Strugling with poor signal !

I am having a very bad time the past week with this service provider. I work online and haven't been able to do the work, marketing and designs I have to because our tower is down in our area. This is so bad. My kids are also still small and can't watch there stories without interruptions. I have tried phoning the Rain offices numerous times. I am seriously considering another service provider. I don't mind paying a fee if something works as it should. The signal was no problem in the past and the coverage here was good when it was tested. Now the tower is out and I have now idea when it will be right again.
