Struggling with RICA. No assistance No internet

I ordered my sim on Sunday through Mr Delivery which took 20 min to get delivered. I thought it was so easy and convenient. Then Monday I followed the online verification process on my phone as per instructions. All went well except the proof of residence. I literally moved in to my new place on Saturday 1 August so all I have is my lease agreement. I took a photo of the first page which wasn’t accepted because it wasn’t signed by the landlord and the dates( occupation and expiry date) weren’t showing on this page. Then I got the landlord to sign it and took a photo of page 1 and 2 lying next to each other which was also not accepted due to not being clear. Then I asked the landlord to give me a proof of residence. That also got declined. I then wrote a note on a piece of paper so that they can see I am struggling but just got a document isn’t valid. I then logged a query (***). Still haven’t received any assistance. I tried to go log another query now but wasn’t able to. No contact details for more efficient human assistance. I just need to sort out proof of residence so we can move forward. This is crazy!! They took the R479 very quickly but now not interested in assisting me any further. By reading all the complaint about rain I am getting worried. I need this to be sorted ASAP as I work from home. I cannot work without internet. Can someone please contact me.
