Struggling to get problems resolved
Struggling to get problems resolved. They will not send out an technician. I have phoned them for 3 days now (waisted all my airtime). We have went through all the steps, even on WhatsApp. Now I am paying for internet, but I don't have internet. They are not reliable. They keep on giving you the same answers. Almost like you are talking to a robot.
