Struggling to cancel my subscription

I canceled my subscription with RAIN on the 9th of September this year, I got an email response that said the agent would call me back, but none has ever called me. I sent several emails without any response and eventually, I called on the 24th of October and was told that my subscription would be cancelled but even today I'm still getting charged for services I'm no longer using. I called again today and they are refusing to cancel because they say I'm owing them money. Before I called them this morning, they said I'm owing R998.00 andf after the call, I got an email that stated that I'm now owing R1,463.73. This is total abuse.
