Stressful and useless😡

I got my router and sim on Friday the 12/08/2022, everything seems to be legit until I had to connect it keeps on saying the device is offline I lodged a complaints and keep on getting ticket number both calls I waited for 24 his nothing it say it cannot be found, after 3 days of delivery I have to cancell because is not helping just giving me stress and I had to do my assignment I took my last money thinking I make my life with rain but didn't know I was making my life difficult, all am asking is can I get my money on the 15th of August 2022 back by Monday as I cancelled this thing of yours and I buy my self data so that I will write my assignment that are due on friday the 19/08/2022 and I don't want hassles pls as I didn't give you any when debiting my money
