Stranded and hungry

My accounted was debited three times by Rain on the 25.02.2023 when i call to find out what is happening i dont get help and im stuck in rusternburg with no money to go home to jobburg i have no food and no place to sleep that money was the only one i had in my account the scary part is that when i log into my rain account it only shows that i was debited once but when i call them on their side they say yes i was debited |Thrice but thas going to help me for next month ...how is that even possible. i really need help because now i am stranded in another province because they took my transport money without my consent
