I have canceled my sim on the rain website and then also sent them an email in April. But these guys are still asking me to pay them in June. Rain please fix this. We can hardly contact you via your platform. Dealing with this company is painful. I even have screenshots I’ll just share them on my social media so that people can see how unreliable these guys can be.
