stop debiting my acc and refund me my money

first of all why m i being debited if you not a contract as per your FALSE ADVERTI*****T!!!!,secondly i have cancelled your sim and you still debiting my acc,i called last month and one of your consultant said i will be refunded today as your sim wasn't used for the period of 2months,knowing very well that on the 1sy of May is a holiday and your offices are closed, three which company debits the clients on a holiday or sunday?Rain is a big **** i'm so dissapointed in you ,your service is terrible i curse the day i put in my details on yor site and i hate myself for doing that,you ***** our hard earned money nxa!!
