Stop debiting card!!

I am having such a difficult time with @Rain. I’ve been handed over to debt collectors due to unemployment which I’ve communicated multiple times with the agents assisting me. I’ve managed to make payment agreements however @Rain still deducts money for my inactive bank card on a DAILY BASIS WITHOUT FAIL resulting in a negative balance on a card I haven’t used in over 3 years . I’ve asked the call center agent to kindly stop debiting my card but nothing changes. All I am asking is that @rain stop debiting my card so I am able to settle my debt
