Stop charging me for data I'm not using

I sent a ticket to Rain to cancel my contract even today they are still charging me for the data that I'm not getting or using. This is a bad service I receive from them and I have been with them for a long time. When They call me I answer they are not talking you only hear a person breathing

I'm unhappy about your service 23 October you debited my account and for November I had already told you to cancel my account but still you want R1000 from me is it my fault that you did not cancel when I told you to stop debating now you send an sms telling me end of this month when I have paid the money
