Stll can't receive sms's and this is getting frustrating

I ported my number that ends with 0111 in to rain a week ago everything works fine except I can't receive sms's and I spoke to rain about this and they suggested I do troubleshooting with rcs and then said I must do a SIM swap The sim swip was done on number ending in 0111 and I still can't receive any sms's and also when people phone to my number and they reach the voicemail it doesn't call out my number as well rain something is worg on the back end and you need to fix this because I can't even get sms from my bank I have done the sim swap it went to successfully and I still can't get any sms's if it a problem is not with the port then the problem is with the network because I have 2 numbers i ported in and the one works perfectly it's just this one ending in 0111 that I can't receive sms we've done troubleshooting we done the sim swap and the problem is still there honestly this is getting frustrating
