Stinking service!!

After waiting for 4 weeks for my order I eventually received it yesterday, I was told via sms, email that my Sim is activated. We moved this router the whole da around to get a signal and still nothing, I put in my sister's 4G Sim and it worked instantly, this morning again there is still no signal. I called and asked for a call back, my phone literally rang once and when I tried to answer it dropped, I sent an email to support and still nothing. I'm starting to get seriously annoyed with you lot. I need this issue fixed now, should I always run here to get a fast response???? Yerre!!!
