Still would not recommend Rain to any one. Quick to ask for money slow to solve problems.

New router same pathetic speeds... you guys are quick to demand payments but really dwmn slow ti solve issues. As per 1 of my previous complaints i explained that the old router worked fine as and when taken to my office. Now i have a new router and still no decend speed. I surely think that the tower in my area might be an issue but hey i pay to recieve no ***ng service. I am currently busy with the ISPA to get this issue resolved.
