Still waiting to be refunded

At first no one contacted me. Then several people contacted me. Eventually a agent by the name of Arnold Xaba called from Rain.

I explained that all I wanted was the line cancelled and my money back and not to be charged for September. Arnold assured me on the 23rd July 2020 that I would be refunded.

It's the 1st Septemeber, I still haven't been refunded my initially payment of R479 (15/07/2020) and I've been charger an additional R92,17 (01/09/2020).

Needless to say I'm not happy, but then again, I didn't expect that they would do any better this time around. I want my money back.
