Still Waiting on Refund (or proof thereof) - since Feb 2022

Thokoza advised me that the refund in question was processed on 23 February 2022, and this was also confirmed by other agents when I initially contacted 'Rain' thereafter to find out when I will receive this refund.

This week I was advised that Rain has changed their systems and the agent cannot find any of the details or correspondence relating to my refund.

I have still not received this refund - that was processed in February 2022.

Please urgently send me the proof of the refund that was processed on 23 February 2022 - in order for me to further investigate this with my bank.
