Still waiting for them to care

I can't express enough how disappointed I am. Rain sent me a Sim card but they have not brought back my reception. My network is still down and I missed 3weeks of data in April and now they want to bill me for a new month but they said they were going to credit me for all the days I lost. So is this the end of our relationship? Because I won't pay for May, I didn't receive any data in April. How is this fair? My matter was escalated after I complained on hellopeter, they sent me a new simcard and they don't bother to "switch" on my data and now they have the unmitigated gall to try to charge me for another month. Wow I'm just weak. I can't even begin to express how they have inconvenienced me. Thanks alot Rain, I guess when it rains it pours.
