Still waiting for that agent to call regarding my cancelation and refund!!

I am still waiting for a agent to contact me regarding my cancelation, as I said I cannot pay for wifi when I haven't had since February 26th You need to phone me at 1430, because I work night duty. I have spent a lot of time.e and money on calls trying to sort this out sine Feb 26th, and both routers were sent back with CCD couriers on 26March, yet nobody emails me regarding anything about my request to cancel this damn subscription which has become a living nightmare

What do you mean reception of device? I told you the CcD courier took both devices, as he delivered the outdoor router I told him to take the indoor as well, now it can't be that difficult for you to follow up with CCD couriers and ask then the name of the courier, he can tell you I gave both back!!!!!!! You keep delaying and making excuses, I will tell everyone I meet how bad Rain is, the support you offer is a complete joke, Rain is a circus with a bunch of ******'s working for the company.
Disgusting responses and constant delays and passing the buck each time!!!
