Still waiting for refund from Rain

The initial order, delivery, activation process was great, however my signal was really bad (possibly due to my area). I then cancelled within 3 days and 2 months later I am still waiting for my refund. The 5G router was collected by RAM couriers and emails to support just reply that they will follow up, but nothing happens
