Still waiting for refund!!!

I would give Rain a zero if I could. I am still waiting for a refund for a router and service that wouldn’t work unless I installed an outside aerial at my cost at my rented home!!! They assured me there was cover and took my advance payment will glee!! Now I’m still waiting for a refund which they have said will take up to seven business days!! It’s just unbelievable!!! No one calls. The account is still active so there’s the distinct possibility that they will deduct money from my account this month for a non existent service. That entails me going to my bank which is a huge inconvenience without transport. They have no concept of how to do business ethically. Please avoid Rain like the plague.
