Still waiting for refund!!!

Shocking service!!! Don't believe it when they say they will give you a full refund!! Have been trying for months to get my refund. I cancelled the service within the 7 days as the reception on my premises was bad. They convinced me to try an outdoor router which also didn't work. I was told that I would still get a full refund. A Rain technician collected the router and then on top of it I was charged for another month!!

I have been emailing and logging tickets this week and have had absolutely no feedback. Will wait and see whether this matter now finally gets resolved once and far all

Still waiting for my refund!! after I was told that it would take 7 to 10 days to reflect. Still nothing!! It has now been over 3 months that I am waiting for my refund ....
