Still waiting .....for Rain to deliver

What a joke of a company to be honest. It is sad that I have to call to find out where my device is after ordering it after 7 days later. The 3 day story they spin you is incorrect.It is shocking that I also had to hold on for 4 minutes before someone spoke to me on the line only for them to transfer me to the sales department which was so noisy I could barely hear the guy on the other side and without my knowledge he then transferred me to another lady that had no idea what was going. Seems like they just eager to get you into a contract and then leave you hanging. A message to Rain , Considering you offer lower rates then your competitors it seems It shows why because the service and support teams are low budge!!!! You should consider training these people more to effectively help clients and not have parties in the background and chat sessions.Also with some common sense would help !! I hope this review finds someone important in your company so that they make important changes that positively change the image of your support strategy for clients that Is willing to pay for your service Or we could just take our money somewhere else.!!!
